Biography

Dr. Emmanuel Olaniyi DUNMADE is a Lecturer and a Researcher in the Department of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria, where he has been a member since 2018. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business – Administration from the University of Ado – Ekiti, Ado – Ekiti, Nigeria, and his Master’s Degree in Business – Administration from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. He thereafter proceeded to the Obafemi Awolowo University, (OAU), Ile – Ife for his Ph. D in Business – Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management. He is a member of a Professional body known as Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) since 2011. Dr. E. O. Dunmade’s research interests include Human Resources Management, Succession Planning, Wage and Salary Administration. Dunmade has partaken in many learned international academic conferences. He has solely researched and as well worked in partnership with other researchers from different fields on a number of research projects locally, nationally and internationally. He is blessed with a wife and children.
