Abdullah Sulaiman Lecturer, Department of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria Abdullah is a dedicated academic researcher and lecturer specializing in the field of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. With a strong educational background and a passion for knowledge dissemination, he strives to make a meaningful impact on the field and prepare students for successful careers in HRM. He obtained his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management (Expected), Universiti Sains Malaysia. M.Sc. in International Human Resource Management, Glasgow Caledonian University, UK and B.Sc. in Business Administration, Al-Hikmah University, Nigeria. His research interests revolve around employee engagement, industrial and employment relations, global mobility of employees (GLOMO), and International Human Resource Management (IHRM). Abdullah has actively involved in research activities and have published in reputable local and international journals. He is proud to be an active member of the HRM Research Consortium in the Department of Strategy and Organizational Behaviour at Universiti Sains Malaysia.
