The Department of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management in the University of Ilorin was born out of the passion of the University’s management to grow the Institution into an impact making level not only in Nigeria, but also in the whole continent of Africa This mindset of the University’s Management was supported by the vibrancy of the Department of Business Administration as at the time when the Department of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management was created in 2014/2015. This was with the designation of the degree awarded as B.Sc. Industrial Relations & Personnel Management as presently, the Department has 100 to 400 level students under the leadership of the Head of Department
