Mission Statement

The mission of the Department of Accounting is to prepare students for professional and academic careers in accounting and related disciplines by providing basic training in the various areas of accounting and other arears for industrial sector, and the requirements of the society at large in the context of high moral and ethical standard. The objectives of the B. Sc. degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management are to:

Develop leadership and interpersonal relations skills in management; and Training students in the principles and techniques of organizational management so as to ensure effective management.

Provide the knowledge and skills needed for understanding and analysis of problems related to the management and administration of industrial, commercial, public and other human organizations;

Equip students of Administration and Management with the analytical skills needed for recognizing, defining and solving problems as well as training in decision making; and
