Biography

Abiodun Abogunrin is a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria, where he has been a faculty member since 2015. He obtained both his bachelor and Master’s degrees in Business Administration in University of Ilorin, Nigeria.  He is currently on his PhD program in the same University. He is an Executive member of Institute of Management Leadership and Productivity (IMLP) Nigeria. His research interests include Industrial and Employment Relations, Diversity, Equal Opportunity and Inclusion, Performance management, Human Resource Management. Furthermore, he has participated in several academic workshops his research focus. He has actively researched and collaborated with other researchers from various fields on many research projects. His publications are found in reputable outlets, both at home and abroad. He is a successful family and community man.
