Abiodun Abogunrin is a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria, where he has been a faculty member since 2014. He obtained both his Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Business Administration in University of Ilorin, Nigeria.  He holds a PhD in the same University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Leadership and Productivity (IMLP) Nigeria. His research interests include Industrial and Employment Relations, Diversity, Equal Opportunity and Inclusion, Performance management, Human Resource Management. Furthermore, he has participated in several academic workshops in his research focus. He has actively researched and collaborated with other researchers from various fields on many research projects. His publications are found in reputable outlets, both at home and abroad. He is a successful family and community man.
