Dr. Mustapha Olarenwaju Aliyu

Industrial Relation & Personnel Management

Dr Mustapha has been a lecturer at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, since 2014. He received his PhD degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, in 2021. Since 2014, He has attended notable conferences and workshops, national and international. Dr Mustapha is a peer reviewer and member of the editorial board of several journals. His research interests include Employment Relations, Human Resource Information Systems, and Industrial/Organisational Psychology. Dr Mustapha stays attuned to the latest theories in the Institution and has developed in-depth analytical and communicational skills in discharging his duties. Dr Mustapha is also a Consultant on research innovation and agile methodologies to automate HR practices. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM), a Member Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), and a Member of the Nigerian Internet Society. Dr Mustapha has carried out good quality research work locally and internationally. He is working on his new book, “Industrial/Organisational Psychology”, which will be published soon. Dr Mustapha lives in Nigeria and enjoys travelling and meeting new friends.
