Mr. Aremu has been a lecturer at the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria since 2014 in the Department of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He is current on his Ph.D. in University of Lagos. He has many publications both at national and international levels. He has also attended national and international conferences and his major area of his research focused on Human resource and employment relation.
