Jimoh Adams Lukman is a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria, where he has been a faculty member since 2018. He earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial relations and personnel management at the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Lagos, Nigeria. He did his master’s degree in business administration at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He also received his Ph.D. from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in Malaysia. He is an associate member of various professional bodies, such as the chartered institute of personnel management (CIPM), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN). Additionally, his research interests lie in the areas of talent management, human resource management, wage and salary administration, and succession planning. Furthermore, he has participated in over twelve international professional workshops, especially on research methodology, and attended various local and international conferences. He has actively researched and collaborated with other researchers from various fields on many research projects. He successfully published many articles in different top-tier international journals. Conclusively, he has won many academic awards of excellence and been blessed with wives and lovable children.
